Ranch Veggie Dip.
When most people think about Greek yogurt veggie dips, they think of tzatziki, but there are tons of other amazing veggie dips that can be made with Greek yogurt, like this awesome ranch dip, for example. Best of all, it’s insanely simple to make. All you literally need is a tablespoon of ranch seasoning mix, and a cup of plain Greek yogurt. That’s it. Just mix the two together, and have yourself a time!
Black Bean Dip.
To make a delectable black bean veggie dip, you’ll need two cups of cooked, drained black beans, four teaspoons of tomato paste, three tablespoons of water, two cloves of minced garlic, two teaspoons of lime juice, half a teaspoon of ground cumin, half a teaspoon of salt, an eighth of a teaspoon of cayenne, two chopped green onions, and two tablespoons of chopped mild green chiles. Throw it all — except for the onions and chiles — in a food processor, and blend it until it’s smooth. Then, add the unblended veggies to the dip to give it a bit of texture and raw flavor, and serve.
Fresh Guacamole Dip.
People don’t normally think of fresh guacamole as a veggie dip, but really, it’s just mashed avocado and some other ingredients. To make some awesome guac, you’ll need four ripe avocados, three limes’ worth of juice, two chopped medium tomatoes, one chopped medium white onion, a quarter-teaspoon of ground black pepper, half a teaspoon of salt, two cloves of minced fresh garlic, an eighth of a teaspoon of cumin, an eighth of a teaspoon of cayenne pepper, one chopped serrano chile, and a bunch of chopped cilantro. Peel, seed, and mash the avocados with a fork in a bowl. Then, stir in the rest of the ingredients, and you’ve got one of the most underrated veggie dips of all time.
